Terms of Use

About the information on this site
The pages describe our services and products in general terms so you can decide whether to talk to us. They are not a quotation, a contract or professional advice for your particular situation. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing, and we may update or remove content at any time.
Using the site fairly
You agree not to:
- scan, probe, overload or attempt to break into this website or its services, or test its security, without our written permission;
- submit false, harmful or unlawful content through our forms, or use them to send spam;
- guess ticket, voucher or ID codes, or use a pass or ID card that was not issued to you.
If you find a security problem, please tell us at info@cyberkeen.com.ng.
Event passes
- A pass is personal to the name it was issued in and cannot be sold or shared.
- Seats are limited. We may refuse, revoke or cancel a pass that was obtained by misuse, a wrong or revoked voucher, or false details, and we may change an event's time, venue or programme where we have to.
- If a fee applies it is settled with the Cyber Keen team before entry and is shown on your pass. A pass is valid only when its code verifies at the door.
- The photo you add (optional) is used on your pass only and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Staff ID verification
Cyber Keen staff ID cards carry a barcode and QR code that open a verification page on this site. The page shows whether the card is currently valid and, for a valid card, the holder's photo, name, role, department, ID number and the card's issue and expiry dates. For a card that is not valid, only its ID number and the reason it is not valid are shown.
A verified result confirms that the card is a genuine Cyber Keen record. It cannot tell a copy of a card from the original, so always check that the photo matches the person and ask for other photo identification if you have any doubt. A card that is suspended, revoked or expired will not verify.
Ownership
The site's design, text, logos and images belong to Cyber Keen Security Solutions Ltd or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, modify or republish them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
