Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Cyber Keen Security Solutions Ltd collects through this website, why, and how it is handled. It applies to cyberkeen.com.ng and does not cover information you give us outside this site, such as in an assessment engagement.

What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us:
- Contact form: name, organisation (optional), email address, subject and message.
- Emergency response form: name, a phone number or email to reach you, organisation (optional), the situation you selected, and the detail you provide.
- Basic visit records: the page path and, where your browser sends one, the referring page. We do not use cookies, and we do not record your IP address, device information or browsing history.
Why we collect it
Contact and emergency submissions are used only to respond to you: to scope an engagement, answer a question, or act on an urgent report. Basic visit records are used only to understand which pages are read, so we can keep the site useful.
Where it is stored
Submissions and visit records are stored in a managed Supabase database with access restricted to authorized Cyber Keen operators, protected by row-level security policies enforced at the database layer. If email delivery is configured, a copy of a submission is also sent to the relevant Cyber Keen mailbox.
Who can see it
Only authorized Cyber Keen operators can read stored submissions or visit records. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing. Information may be disclosed where required by Nigerian law or a valid legal process.
How long we keep it
Contact and emergency submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of engagements, and are removed when no longer needed. Basic visit records are kept for a rolling period used for the analytics summarised in our admin dashboard.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission's regulations, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact info@cyberkeen.com.ng to make a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here with a new "last updated" date. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your consent.
